Custom Orders
If there is a specific item you are looking for we would be happy to custom order it for you when available.
Due to high turnover, it isn’t possible for us to maintain all color and size options. If an item is not in stock, our team will be happy to order it for you when available. Also, since all clients may not fit into a standard size range, we are able to offer alternate sizing options (such as extra long sleeves) for special order.

At the base of Beaver Creek

Bear parking lot(s)- located at the base of the west entrance to Beaver Creek (at the Beaver Creek roundabout go west on highway 6 and take a left at the stop light). Complimentary parking with complimentary shuttle service to the Main Village.

BEAVER CREEK VILLAGE
Villa Montane
In the Main Village, off Avondale Lane. Paid parking garage for visitors from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Free shopper parking for the first two hours. Maximum of $25/day.

Village Hall
In the Main Village, before the skier bridge. Paid parking garage for visitors from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Free shopper parking for the first two hours. Maximum of $25/day. Valet Service through Mountain Valet available through reservation.

VAIL PARKING
Parking in Vail is easy! Both structures offer free parking for the first 90 minutes, and only $5 for up to 2.5 hours. There is free parking after 3PM in the Vail Village and Lionshead parking structures.

The Frontage Road will be used as overflow parking when all other lots are filled.

CASHMERE PRODUCT CARE
Here you will find useful information for general care, proper cleaning, repair and alterations.

General Care
Your cashmere clothing will last longer and smell fresher if you perform regular maintenance yourself rather than taking it to the dry cleaner. Hand wash in lukewarm water using hair shampoo. Be sure to rinse the shampoo thoroughly to preserve the natural oils. Place the item into cold water and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinsing with hair conditioner will make your cashmere item softer. Lightly squeeze the item, make sure not to wring it dry. Lay flat to dry and keep away from direct sunlight as this will discolor it. Wash colored garments separately.

Dust, lint, or pet hair
Place the item in the dryer on air fluff (no heat) for 15 minutes.

SHEARLING PRODUCT CARE
Review simple steps to help ensure the beauty of your Shearling.

A well made shearling is naturally durable and easy to care for, and, it should only get better looking over the course of its lifetime. There are a few simple steps you can take to ensure that it does.

Cleaning
Never put the coat into a washing machine or a dryer! Most shearling products need to be dry cleaned. If the garment does get wet, let it air dry, as heat will damage the shearling and leather. Garments should be cleaned after each winter because winter solvents and salt will accumulate on the item and will slowly destroy it if not cleaned off. During the initial wearing of a shearling garment, you may experience some slight shedding. This is called "crocking" and is evidence of the fine buffing each skin receives during production to achieve its characteristic smooth silky hand. It is absolutely normal and easily minimized by a few gentle rubs with a dry towel.

Storage
Your shearling garment can be stored by making sure it is hung on a broad shoulder hanger to prevent stretching. Never hang it on a coat rack or doorknob unless it has a specific place it can be hung from. Cover your garment with a breathable cloth garment bag to protect from dust. Do not store in plastic as it will not allow the garment to breathe and moisture will get trapped. Do not store the garment in direct sunlight as this will bleach it. Hang the garment with space; do not stuff it tightly in your closet.

FUR PRODUCT CARE
Review how to properly clean, store and wear your fur garmet.
Wear
Always place your hand inside and LIFT the shoulder of the coat off of the hanger. If you pull it off the hanger, you may open the lining or fur seams. When sitting down, undo the bottom buttons and lift the coat a bit so when you are sitting and raise your arms, there is no stress on the underarms to prevent tearing. Purse shoulder straps, especially chains, will cut the fur and leather of your coat. You can purchase strap protectors. If the garment gets wet from rain or snow, shake off the water and hang to air dry away from direct heat.

Storage
Store your fur garment out of direct sunlight as this will bleach the color. Hang the garment with space; do not stuff it tightly in your closet. If packing for a trip, turn the fur onto itself and roll. Like shearling, do not store in plastic as it will not be able to breathe and will keep moisture in. When taking the garment out after a long storage period, turn it upside down and shake it as if it were a rug to fluff the fur.

Cleaning
Furs should be cleaned once a year to keep it silky and shiny. Makeup and perfume should be cleaned off regularly to prevent oxidation. Coats should occasionally be reconditioned to keep the fur from wearing or splitting and to retain its luster.

For all purchases made in our stores we accept items in their original condition with all original store tags within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Gifts that are purchased in the store may be brought back for store credit, exchange or a gift card. All sale items purchased in the store are final sale.

Online Purchases:
For all purchases made online we accept items in their original condition with all original tags. Items must be received in our stores within 14 days of receipt of package for refund of purchase. Gifted items will be accepted for gift card or exchange depending on availability. Clearance items are final sales.
